Is permanent jewelry safe?
Yes! Our welding machines are operated by expert jewelers to ensure a smooth experience!
Can i return my permanent jewelry?
As this is a personalized, made-to-measure piece, we do not offer refunds on this product.
What happens if the chain breaks after the year?
If the chain is broken after a year but you still have the chain, one of our jewelers can re-weld it back on for a $40 fee.
The chain would have to be in good condition. If you are unsure you can always make an appointment with a jeweler AT A POP LOCATION for them to assess the chain.
Can permanent bracelets or anklets be removed?
While we love the fact that these are "seamless bracelets", if you do need to take it off they can they can be permanently removed with a pair of sharp scissors. We also offer optional clasps for our permanent bracelets and anklets.
Do your permanent bracelets and anklets come with a warranty?
Yes, there is a 1-year warranty with a month guarantee for loss. Outside of the month, as long as you have your chain and it's in a good condition, the jeweler can re-weld this in a booked appointment!

Is there an age restriction for permanent bracelets?
Yes! The minimum age is 10, and anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.
