- Dry your jewelry after contact with water.
- Store each piece separately in its Bahar & Bloom jewelry pouch or in a soft jewelry box.
- Remove before swimming, working out, or sleeping to preserve its shine over time.
Each piece comes with a soft jewelry pouch designed to help protect your piece from scratches, dust, and daily wear when it is not being used. It is also perfect for travel, keeping your jewelry safe, organized, and easy to carry wherever you go.
Although our pieces are designed to be waterproof and tarnish-free, caring for them gently will help them stay beautiful for longer.

What Is Covered
Tarnishing or unexpected discoloration
Although our jewelry is designed to be tarnish-free and waterproof, we will replace your piece if unexpected discoloration occurs within the first year.
Manufacturing defects
This includes issues with the structure of the metal, plating errors, or faulty clasps and adjusters that were present upon arrival.
What Is Not Covered
Accidental damage
We do not cover broken chains, cracked stones, or damage caused by personal use, pulling, dropping, or mishandling.
Normal wear and tear
Scratches from daily contact with hard surfaces or natural dulling of the metal over time are not considered defects.
Lost or stolen items
We are unable to replace pieces that have been lost or stolen.
